She joined the firm Palomo Abogados in the year 2012. In her performance as a lawyer, she has specialized mainly in the Corporate and Business area, both nationally and internationally, as well as in the legal advice in advertising matters.

In the corporate area she has been able to acquire extensive experience in the establishment of commercial companies. Her responsibilities include the development and supervision of property contributions, corporate restructurings, as well as appointments and various legal actions within the framework of business development. She has also been responsible for the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of general meetings of different companies, for reduction and increase of capital, dissolutions and liquidation of entities, among others.

Within the business area, she is responsible for the formulation of civil and commercial contracts for national and international business clients, where she also offers advice in the work area, both preventive as well as before administrative authorities. She has also been responsible for advising and implementing the process of participation in public tenders for international clients and has extensive knowledge and experience in the area of bank credit formalization.

In the civil and notarial area, she supervises and authorizes all kinds of public deeds such as leases, sales, general and/or judicial power of attorneys, among others, and offers specialized advice for the minimization of risks and prevention of negative effects of such legal actions. In addition, she is responsible for the coordination of the process of buying real estate by companies and corporations, in which she takes charge of overseeing the process of examination and evaluation of the property in question and formulating a risk analysis and its consequent strategy for the solution of future contingencies, including taxes of rigor, possible mortgages, the existence or lack of municipal and cadastral registrations, the number of previous sales, the identity of former owners, usufructs and others.

Within her area of expertise, it includes advising advertising companies on Administrative Resources issues, where she is responsible for supervising and coordinating resources for the placement of billboards, as well as the filing of administrative contentious actions, processed before the different Contentious Courtrooms.

Her professional experience includes coordinating the process of qualifying companies protected by the Regime 29-89 (Maquila) and administrative entities of free trade zones and their users, as well as the establishment of offshore entities.
