Georgina Jimenez

She joined Palomo Abogados in 2015, where she joined the firm's corporate law team.  Her work has developed in advising national and foreign clients, from training processes, business development and transformation, due diligence for the merger and acquisition of companies, establishment of new corporations and commercial companies, formation of branches for foreign companies and the development of all types of commercial contracts.

Georgina also advises companies in the regulatory sector of veterinary, pharmaceutical, corporate laboratories for insurance companies, restaurant and coffee shops franchises, food companies, among others. Her practice includes joint coordination with legal offices in Central America in support of advising the firm's clients.
